Ground Floor: The main entrance leads into a hallway with cloakroom, laundry room and open-plan kitchen/dining room and doors to beach. Sunroom and living room with open fire and 2 sets of doors to garden. The downstairs has under floor heating.

First Floor: The first floor has 3 bedrooms, one with bunk-beds,1 with a 4’6″ double and access to balcony, a family bathroom and Master bedroom with a 5ft King,3ft single, small sofa bed,en-suite bathroom and balcony.

Second Floor: The attic room has a 4’6″ double, open-plan bathroom and another double mattress in the alcove
