Seaview is a detached house that sits on the beach at Camber. A fun house with a good feel, perfect for weekend breaks with friends or small family holidays.
The front door can be reached via an enclosed rear garden which is ideal for pets. As you enter via the porch a fully fitted well equipped kitchen is to the left of the hall and shower room with toilet is on the right. Straight ahead leads into the huge lounge and dining room with a 42” Plasma TV connected to Sky, DVD and video player, leather sofa and double sofa bed, electric fire and also overnight storage heaters with convectors for instant heating.
Patio doors lead from the dining area to a very large conservatory with pool table, juke box, piano and pinball machine, bar area with fridge and uninterrupted sea views. A truly fun room well worth putting a jumper on for in winter. The conservatory leads onto a massive patio with table and chairs, great for ball games eating and sunbathing. At this point the beach becomes the front garden with its ever changing vista of the sea waves makes this the perfect seaview.
A staircase from the lounge leads you upstairs where there is a family bathroom and 2 bedrooms, one twin and one double both heated by storage/convector in the hallway. Large cot/childs bed available
