From the front door, a door to the left takes you to the converted garage, playroom/
laundry area and then through to a room with twin beds and en-suite shower room.
There is a door that leads to dunescape garden.
A staircase from the front door leads you up into the open plan living, dining area with small but well equiped kitchen and patio doors to shared deck area with garden furniture and steps down to a communal dunescape garden.
Up the stairs again to a family bathroom and bedroom with twin beds.
The main bedroom with 5ft bed is up another few steps with en-suite shower room and private balcony.
