Nestled behind the sanddunes, just steps from the sea this eco-friendly development with its wind turbines, solar panels and grass roofs, is the perfect get away.
The house has a relaxed feel, spacious with clean lines and beautiful light. A place you can instantly feel comfy and at home while looking at the designed dunescape which leads directly to the dunes and Camber's miles of beautiful sandy beach.
Pubs and resturants are all a stones throw away. Soothing body treatments are available if booked ahead of time.
No.11 is a two storey house with huge open plan L shaped kitchen living and dining area with wood burning stove and two patio doors leading to deck and dunescape communal garden. The downstairs has a cloakroom and laundry room.
The first floor has two double bedroom suites. One with en-suite shower room and the other with en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have small balconys over looking the dunescape. Up the stairs again to a large family bathroom and two further bedrooms, one with twin beds the other a double.

Pets are welcome but please note the dunescape is communal and the boundary to the develpoment has no fencing.
