Long Burton is a house ready to be let for the first time. It is a wonderful opportunity to experience this lovely space before it's demolished and replaced with a stunning new structure. It is worn and old fashioned here and there, with the odd cracked window that will not open but for the people who understand that this home is in transit, there is alot of beach fun to be found here.
The beds, kitchen, bathroom and much of the furniture are new.
The light and airy living room with it's open fire has an individual charm and comfort, set in its dated elegance. A small dining room leads from the kitchen and then into the lounge.
The bungalow has three bedrooms, one twin, one 5ft king and one 6ft super-king. It also has the added benefit of a separate toilet with washing facilities, although slightly dated.
