This 5 bed detached house is one of three situated in a quiet location, tucked away between the main road and the beach at Camber Sands. It is situated just behind the Camber sand dunes, a stone's throw from Camber's glorious sandy beach. The pretty medieval town of Rye is only 3 miles away
A light, airy and pratical house, it is perfect for large family holidays. There is plenty of room for children to play outside safely and a small outdoor public sport area is a short walk away.
Off the large entrance hall is a kitchen leading to dining area with 12 seater table, washer/dryer and access to patio.
From the lounge, which has a TV with freeview box and DVD player, sliding doors lead to the south facing garden.
Off the lounge there is a bunkbed room with trundle bed and a walk-in wet shower room suitable for wheel chair users.
Off the other side of the lounge there is a double room with twin beds and a further bunkbed room with trundle. The downstairs has a wood type flooring IKEA in style.
The upstairs is carpeted and has a large lounge with spectacular views of the dunes at Camber Sands.
Off the lounge there is a double bedroom with 5 foot bed, a single bedroom with extra pull-out bed and family bathroom.
The outside has ample parking, patio and garden area.
